Spring favourite, these ravioli are delicate yet full of flavour. A real treat for wild garlic enthusiasts. Best served with melted butter and sage.

INGREDIENTS:

WHEAT flour, raw wild garlic (26%), free-range EGGS, mascarpone cheese (cow’s MILK), ricotta cheese (cow's MILK), Grana Padano cheese (cow’s MILK), Pecorino cheese (sheep’s MILK), HAZELNUT (4%), sea salt.

Produced in an environment where nuts, wheat, non wheat flour and dairy products are handled.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Fresh – keep chilled below 4C and consume by USE BY date.
Suitable for home freezing. Freeze before USE BY date and consume within one month.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Cook in plenty of salted boiling water for about 3 minutes, gently drain and serve with melted butter and sage or any sauce of your choice.
Do not forget to grate cheese on top.
If frozen do not defrost before cooking.
