Pumpkin Lasagna


Ultimate Italian comfort food – le lasagne. We take our time to make them properly  – from handcut squares of egg pasta, roasting pumpkins, making our sage pesto to creamy yet light bechiamella and a sprinkle of Parmigiano on top. All that is left to do is put these beauties in the oven and wait for the top to turn golden and crispy.

If you like pumpkin, this one is for you. Layers of sage flavoured besciamella balance the sweetness of pumpkin. Best-seller and only available in pumpkin season (October until April).

Fresh – keep chilled below 4C and consume by USE BY date. Suitable for home freezing.
Freeze before USE BY date and consume within one month.


Preheat oven at 190C / Gas 4.
Remove sleeve, peel off film and place lasagna on a baking tray.
Cook for 25 minutes from chilled (or 45 minutes from frozen) until piping hot and golden brown on top.
Allow to stand for 5 minutes.
