This spicy sun-dried tomato pesto is inspired by sun-drenched south Italy where the pepperoncino is used in abundance. Brilliant with pasta or on bruschetta, we also love it mixed with pan-fried spring greens or steamed broccoli.
Keep chilled and topped up with a little olive oil. Suitable for freezing.
Ingredients: sun-dried tomatoes (21%), extra-virgin olive oil, almonds, walnuts, chilli (1%), olives, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (cow’s milk), Pecorino Romano cheese (sheep’s milk) basil, herbs, garlic.
