Based on a classic cacio e pepe, we’ve added fragrant saffron instead of pepper and there you have it – fluffy and light saffron ravioli. Serve with some melted butter, sage, a sprinkle of Parmigiano Reggiano and fresh black pepper.

Keep chilled. Suitable for freezing.

Ingredients: wheat flour, eggs, ricotta cheese (cow’s milk), mascarpone cheese (cow’s milk), Grana Padano cheese (cow’s milk), Pecorino Romano (sheep’s milk), saffron, nutmeg, salt.
