Classic recipe of fresh spinach directly from Ted’s veg and ricotta cheese with a hint of nutmeg. Best served with melted butter and sage or tomato sauce.

Keep chilled. Suitable for freezing.

Ingredients: British raw spinach, wheat flour, eggs, ricotta cheese (cow’s milk), mascarpone cheese (cow’s milk), Grana Padano cheese (cow’s milk), Pecorino Romano (sheep’s milk), nutmeg, salt, pepper

    The most delicious spinach and ricotta ravioli I’ve ever had. Perfect balance of flavours and should only be served with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a little salt and pepper.
