Our seasonal ravioli made during winter season. Wild venison is from our fellow traders South Downs Farm who sustainably manage wild deer population in West Sussex.  Available only in season and a treat.

INGREDIENTS:

wild venison, WHEAT flour, EGGS, mascarpone cheese (cow’s MILK), Grana Padano cheese (cow’s MILK), Pecorino cheese (sheep’s MILK), red wine, carrot, onion, CELERY, salt, juniper berries, pepper.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Fresh – keep chilled below 4C and consume by USE BY date.
Suitable for home freezing. Freeze before USE BY date and consume within one month.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Cook in plenty of salted boiling water for about 3 minutes, gently drain and serve with melted butter and sage or any sauce of your choice.
Do not forget to grate cheese on top.
If frozen do not defrost before cooking.
