Melted gorgonzola laced with sweet honey and crushed walnuts. The definition of indulgence. We use British honey from local bee-keepers to help preserve bee population.

WHEAT flour, Blue cheese (cow’s MILK)(16%), free-range EGGS, ricotta cheese (cow’s MILK), WALNUTS(10%), mascarpone cheese (cow’s MILK), Grana Padano cheese (cow’s MILK), Pecorino cheese (sheep’s MILK), honey (1%).

Produced in an environment where nuts, wheat, non wheat flour and dairy products are handled.


Fresh – keep chilled below 4C and consume by USE BY date.
Suitable for home freezing. Freeze before USE BY date and consume within one month.


Cook in plenty of salted boiling water for about 3 minutes, gently drain and serve with melted butter and sage or any sauce of your choice.
Do not forget to grate cheese on top.
If frozen do not defrost before cooking.

    Delicious pasta and subtle enough filling so even non- blue cheese fans will enjoy. Was delicious just with butter and some toasted walnuts. Also loved that packaging and insulation for delivery is all recyclable or reusable. Will definitely be trying the other pastas – my only wish is a bigger size of filling in the ravioli 🙂
