Spring is here when we finally start making our wild garlic pesto, everybody knows that!

It’s peppery, it’s hot, it’s bold and it’s delicious. We use wild garlic grown locally and we keep making it until the last leaf is used. We like to mix this pesto with Casarecce, chopped sweet cherry tomatoes and some fresh mozzarella.

INGREDIENTS:

wild garlic (26%), extra-virgin olive oil, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (cow’s MILK), Pecorino Romano cheese (sheep’s MILK), ALMONDS, sea salt.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Keep chilled and topped up with a little olive oil. Suitable for freezing.
