Pesto is a brilliant invention and so easy to use.
It makes a great and quick plate of pasta, can be added to rice, bruschetta, veggies and salads. We use only fresh herbs, Italian extra-virgin olive oil and believe it’s best to stick to the traditional recipes. No cashew nuts here. We only use fresh herbs and do not pasteurise our pesto, please keep it chilled and don’t forget to add a little water from your pasta before mixing it in.
